Farmington Presbyterian Manor is proud to announce that they are the recipient of Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2019 Customer Experience AwardTM.The Customer Experience Award is given to senior living communities that score in the top 15-percent of the nation in resident satisfaction surveys conducted by Pinnacle Quality Insight for 12 consecutive months. Farmington Presbyterian Manor received the award for assisted living and skilled nursing.

The Corless family has been prominent members of the Farmington Presbyterian Manor community for generations, with Warren and Glenda Corless residing at the community for the past 24 years. Over those years, the Corless’— like many of the families who call the community home — saw the need for increased meeting space to accommodate family gatherings and were excited by the campaign to build a new Fellowship Center.

Byron and Kay Taylor moved to the Farmington area in 1999 after being away for about 30 years. They began attending the Farmington Presbyterian Church and were delighted to reconnect with several Presbyterian Manor residents they had known during their childhood when they attended the Presbyterian Church in Flat River (now Park Hills).In addition, after looking at several other options, Byron’s mother and stepfather decided to move into the Presbyterian Manor in 2008

We each have an innate need to connect with the world around us and those we share it.When Farmington Presbyterian Manor was built in 1962, little space was allocated for gathering and ease of access to nature.To remedy the problem, members of the Farmington community have joined forces to create the GIVE.

Farmington Presbyterian Manor was recognized with an Emerald Award Level One from Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America for reaching goals in fiscal year 2018, July 1, 2017, through June 30, 2018.The recognition came through PMMA’s Emerald Awards Program, designed to encourage its 17 locations and two hospices to achieve high levels of resident and employee satisfaction, meet financial goals, build philanthropic support for the organization’s mission and meet marketing goals.
