Born and raised in Festus, Mo., Anne Allen is returning to her roots as Marketing and Sales Director at the Farmington Presbyterian Manor, bringing a decade of education and marketing experience with her.

Anne earned a Bachelor of Science in Print and Broadcast Journalism at Hannibal-LaGrange University, a private Christian school in Hannibal, Mo. Upon graduation, she worked at Believer’s Broadcasting as an on-air personality and in the Hannibal-LaGrange University registrar’s office as office manager.

In 2012, Anne returned to school and earned her Master of Arts in strategic communication at the University of Missouri. While a student, she worked at the MU News Bureau, the university’s press relations office, and as a graduate assistant for the university’s central marketing and communications team.

After graduation, Anne stayed in Columbia working as a marketing specialist for Mizzou Advancement, the university’s fundraising division. During her time in that role, Anne participated in launching Mizzou: Our Time to Lead, a $1.4 billion dollar giving campaign, and was project manager for the university’s first-ever Day of Giving, which raised $8.4 million in its inaugural year.

When out of the office, Anne enjoys snuggling with her dog Finnegan, taking long walks, quilting, and watching Parks and Rec.
